Adam leads US Geostrategy efforts for EY’s Geostrategic Business Group and focuses on global geostrategy analysis and political risk insight.

Adam has 20 years of advisory experience spanning commercial, financial and political risk consulting to help business leaders assess and execute complex strategy and operational matters. He has worked with and convened board of directors, executives and management teams to understand, interpret and then advise on responses to an increasingly volatile and challenging geo-political environment.

In his prior roles, Adam provided global M&A and commercial advice across the US, Europe and Asia within multiple sectors and market research projects including for Industrial Products, Consumer and Technology clients.

Adam served as a Global Development Leader within EY’s London headquarters where he led global growth initiatives including acquiring and building a strategy consulting practice and spearheading the development and launch of a new global reporting framework.

Among his representative engagements, Adam developed and assessed geopolitical scenarios across US-China and China-Taiwan situations to support strategic planning for industrials clients, and delivered a geostrategic insight document for a Fortune 500 global chemical company focused on US-China industrial policy and technology concerns, Indo-Pacific diversification, and trade. He led the geopolitical-regulatory assessment for a global pharmaceutical firm’s multi-billion-dollar China investment strategy, advised a global industrials client on integrating political risk into its Enterprise Risk Management program with an eye toward monitoring indicators, and supported a multinational industrials conglomerate in assessing the geopolitical and political risks tied to its future Asia-Pacific headquarters selection.

Adam holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, with a minor in Political Science, from The Ohio State University, and a Master of Arts in Global Affairs from The Fletcher School of Law and Diplomacy.
