Nicole Jefferies operates an expert advisory firm, JJ Integrity Investment Group, that helps clients solve complex challenges at the intersection of technology, supply chain, and customer experience.  Previously, she served as President, Technology Division, at GXO Logistics (NYSE: GXO), and as Chief Transformation Officer at Advance Auto Parts (NYSE: AAP).  Nicole served for 18 years at global technology firms Lenovo (HKG: 0992) and IBM (NYSE: IBM) in various executive positions in supply chain, go-to-market, business operations, and strategy.

Nicole serves on the board of Interstate Batteries, a privately held provider of high-quality automotive, marine, and sports batteries, and chairs the Audit Committee for Coastal Credit Union.  Nicole is Directorship Certified through the National Association of Corporate Directors and has served as a Subject Matter Expert for the NACD certification program.

Nicole has a degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Utah and her Master of Business Administration from Duke University.
