Cassandra McKinney is an independent corporate director and retired senior financial services executive with four decades of leadership experience across banking, financial services technology, insurance, and manufacturing.

She currently serves as an Independent Director at Lithia & Driveway (NYSE: LAD), where she sits on the Audit and Compensation Committees.

Ms. McKinney previously spent nearly 20 years at Comerica Bank, culminating as Executive Vice President and Executive Director of Retail Bank, with full P&L responsibility for consumer and small business banking, distribution strategy, digital and assisted delivery channels, product management, and operations. Earlier in her career, she held senior leadership roles at Bank of America and IBM, including technology, product, and transformation leadership through large‑scale mergers and operational change.
