Beth is an accomplished public-company board chair and chief executive with more than 25 years of leadership experience scaling global workforce and staffing organizations.

She served as Chairman of the Board, President, and CEO of BGSF (NYSE: BGSF), where she led enterprise-wide strategy, major digital and IT modernization initiatives, and significant organic and acquisitive growth, including international expansion into Canada, India, and Latin America. Under her leadership, BGSF materially improved margins, unified multiple acquired brands, strengthened governance, and reshaped company culture with a strong emphasis on talent, diversity, and employee engagement. 

In addition to her public-company board leadership, she has extensive nonprofit board experience and is active in national governance and board-readiness organizations, making her a strong contributor in areas such as executive leadership, compensation, governance, M&A, and organizational development.
