Jack Egan is an accomplished technology leader and investor with a distinguished career spanning both operational and board roles. An early employee at EMC Corporation, he drove exceptional success, as EVP Sales and Marketing, grew sales from $40 Million/qtr. to $1 billion/qtr. in 3 years, including 2 consecutive years of 100% growth. EVP Operations including R&D for 2 years.

Beyond his operational success, Jack is an expert in corporate governance. He has served on the boards of leading technology companies, including EMC and VMware, where he chaired M&A Committees and played a pivotal role in major transactions, including the $67 billion sale of EMC to Dell. He has deep expertise in M&A, having overseen more than 100 acquisitions, and brings a unique perspective to the cybersecurity sector through his involvement in the acquisition of RSA and Arbor Networks and the restructuring of Cognyte Software.
