Director

Heather Campion is a Managing Director at DSG Global, one of the nation's top ten Executive Search firms. She founded and leads the firm's strategic consulting practice, Connected Leadership, which helps CEOs and senior executives connect, convene, and engage with key stakeholders to expand their influence and impact. She also serves as a strategic adviser in the firm's executive searches across multiple sectors.

Campion's distinguished career spans business, government, academia and the nonprofit sector. In banking, she led Corporate Affairs as EVP at Citizens Financial Group, serving on the company’s top management team through over a dozen acquisitions, and later joined 12 Northeast Bancorp as Chief Administrative Officer. She was the first woman CEO of the JFK Presidential Library Foundation and previously held several key positions at Harvard's Kennedy School of Government, including serving as Director of the JFK Jr. Forum at the Institute of Politics. Earlier in her career, she served in the Carter White House and has held senior roles in several presidential campaigns.

 A recognized leader in women’s advancement, Campion is a past president of the Massachusetts Women’s Forum and was a senior adviser with Harvard's Women in Leadership program. She has served on numerous corporate and non-profit boards and currently serves as Vice Chair of the board of AAA Northeast and as a board member of the Massachusetts Conference for Women. Her honors include being named one of Boston Magazine's Most Influential Bostonians, and one of their 100 Most Powerful Women, and receiving the Greater Boston Chamber of Commerce Pinnacle Award, and the Harvard Foundation Award for Intercultural and Race Relations.
