Laura Nichol

Laura Nichol is a results-focused advisor, strategist, and executive coach to CEOs and boards with 30 years of experience guiding implementation of strategic growth plans and business transformations.
Nichol’s experience as a C-suite executive in Fortune 500 companies and extensive advisory work with boards and CEOs has created a track record of building business functions, implementation processes, governance structure, and leadership talent. Companies use her experience to quickly navigate possibilities while planning for challenges in complex environments. To continually expand her knowledge, Nichol has studied and worked with global thought leaders on strategy, decision-making, and driving growth through culture.
Nichol is a board member of the Morgan Group, a multi-family real estate development company; the nonprofit Monarch Community; and the NACD Nashville Chapter. She previously was a member of the NACD Texas TriCities Chapter board, chair of the Hope and Healing Center & Institute board, and chair of the Duke Divinity School board of visitors. Nichol holds a bachelors of business administration from The University of Texas at Austin. She currently resides in Nashville, TN, and Houston, TX, with her husband, Roy.
