About The Event
Recent trends indicate positive momentum around boardroom diversity. Forty-seven percent of new independent directors added during the 2021 proxy season to the S&P 500 are Black/ African American, Asian and Hispanic/ Latino/a.
This represents a substantial increase from just 22% in 2020. While an increasing number of boards are highlighting diversity in their ranks, inclusion can be harder to measure. Learn more in this panel discussion which addresses the role of DE&I in the boardroom, how to identify the right fit for board service, and indicators of a positive board culture.
