The NACD Heartland Chapter Welcomes New Board Members

KANSAS CITY—(August 9, 2024)—The National Association of Corporate Directors (NACD) Heartland Chapter welcomes three new board members

The National Association of Corporate Directors (NACD) Heartland Chapter is pleased to announce that three new members have been appointed to our board of directors. These new board members will serve as the Market Leaders in their cities. Each of these individuals are outstanding directors with deep governance and leadership knowledge and experience who will add significant value in their roles on the board.

New Board Members

Jennifer Grigsby, NACD.DC, is Heartland’s Oklahoma City Market Leader. Jennifer currently serves on the boards of CrossFirst Bankshares (NASDAQ: CFB), Superior Plus Corp (TSX:SPB), CompSource Mutual Insurance Company, and SilverBow Resources (NYSE: SBOW). Samantha Mosser, NACD.DC, is Heartland’s Omaha Market Leader. Samantha currently serves on the boards of Children’s Nebraska, Lamp Rynearson, Young Presidents’ Organization Nebraska, Association of Corporate Growth Nebraska, is a trustee for the Business Ethics Alliance, and serves on the United Way Campaign Cabinet. Samantha is Nebraska Market President and Regional Officer at Bankers Trust and a member of the bank’s Management and Senior Loan Committees. To learn more about Samantha, please review her bio on the NACD Heartland Chapter Leadership page.

Mark Steele, NACD.DC, is Heartland’s St. Louis Market Leader. Mark serves on the board of the St. Louis Sports Commission, is an investor and on the Advisory Board of Excite Pharma, and is the incoming chairman of the Boone Trails District of the Boy Scouts of America. In addition to his board service, Mark is an advisor to private companies, private equity firms, hedge funds, and lenders in operationally challenged environments..
