Ursuline (Urs) Foley serves on the boards of Provident Financial Services & Provident Bank (a public community bank serving the tri-state NY/NJ/PA areas), serving on the Finance, Risk and Technology committees. Additionally, she serves on the board of Greenlight Capital Re (a global public reinsurer that provides P&C reinsurance in the European and U.S. markets), where she chairs the Compensation Committee and is a member of the Audit Committee. Urs also serves on a number of advisory and not-for-profit boards and provides strategic direction on business strategy, technology, cyber, risk and business operations. In addition to her former roles as Corporate Head of Operations and the Global Reinsurance CIO for XL Group, she also served on the company’s U.S. legal entity boards for a few years. Urs is a qualified risk director and a certified board member. She is a member of the National Association of Corporate Directors (and serves on NACD CT Chapter Board), Extraordinary Women on Boards, and the DCRO Risk Institute.
