As Election Day approaches, boards are already looking ahead to the implications that will shape the business and regulatory landscape.

As the post-election landscape takes shape, directors will be challenged to anticipate the implications of shifting policy priorities, congressional dynamics, and regulatory developments while guiding their organizations through an increasingly uncertain environment.

Join us for a thoughtful discussion on the regulatory, geopolitical, and business developments likely to shape the board agenda in the coming year. The conversation will focus on actionable insights and preparedness, helping directors identify the issues that deserve immediate attention.

This program will address key considerations including:

·       Implications of a unified or divided government

·       Expected shifts in regulatory priorities, enforcement activity, and agency rulemaking under the new administration

·       Potential changes to tax, trade, tariffs, industrial policy, and incentives and their impact on business strategy

·       How investors and stakeholders may recalibrate expectations in a post-election environment

Looking forward to seeing you!
