Nina Bhambri Schill is senior director of operations at National Association of Corporate Directors (NACD), where she leads the organization's enterprise operating model, driving disciplined planning, execution, performance measurement, and cross-functional alignment.

Bhambri Schill brings more than 20 years of experience building operating models, PMOs, and governance frameworks across complex organizations. Prior to joining NACD, she led enterprise data transformation at Goodwill Industries International. Earlier, she held a director-level consulting role advising organizations including Carnegie Science and JDRF (now Breakthrough T1D). Prior to her consulting work, she spent nearly 17 years at Fannie Mae, where she held a series of leadership roles, including founding the human resources PMO and serving as chief of staff to the chief human resources officer. 

She holds an MBA from George Mason University, a bachelor of science in civil engineering from the University of Virginia, along with certifications as a Project Management Professional (PMP) and Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO).
