Senior Director of Technology Strategy and Execution, Nathan Bergman leads enterprise data strategy, digital transformation, and technology innovation for the National Association of Corporate Directors (NACD). He is responsible for advancing NACD's evolution into a digital-first, data-driven organization through artificial intelligence, cloud platforms, and advanced analytics. Before joining NACD, he served as deputy chief information officer and chief technology officer at the US Department of Commerce, International Trade Administration, and previously as chief architect at the US Department of Justice, Antitrust Division, where he led enterprise architecture and technology modernization initiatives. He is a multiple recipient of the United States Assistant Attorney General Award for technology innovation achievements.
