Mallory Bucher is director, governance content at NACD. Bucher has authored and contributed to a number of reports on human capital oversight, board succession planning, and other governance topics. In addition, she has served as lead writer of the annual NACD Blue Ribbon Commission reports. Previously, Bucher held various roles during her 10-year tenure at the Municipal Securities Rulemaking Board in human resource management, corporate governance, enterprise risk management, and strategic planning. She began her career in supply chain management at the Target Corporation. Bucher holds a BS in business and psychology from the University of Pittsburgh and an MA in human resource management from Marymount University.
