Kirsten Wolberg is a director of Sallie Mae (NASDAQ: SLM) where she serves on the compliance and nominating and governance committees; Dynatrace (NYSE: DT), where she chairs the cyber committee and serves on the nominating and governance committee; and Pie Insurance, where she is lead independent director. She formerly served on the boards of Silicon Graphics (NASDAQ: SGI), CalAmp (NASDAQ: CAMP), Epidemic Sound, and Pryon.  

Wolberg is NACD Directorship Certified and holds the NACD CERT Certificate in Cyber-Risk Oversight and the NYU Law-NASDAQ Center for Board Excellence Cyber Scholar Certification.
