Dominique Shelton Leipzig is CEO of Global Data Innovation, a legal advisory firm for data leadership. She helps clients decide when to scale, fix, or stop AI use cases, drawing on a proprietary database of 1.4 million weighted AI, privacy, and cybersecurity attributes.

She has served as California regulatory counsel to Clearview AI, helping secure a no-fine outcome in California while the company faced more than $100 million in fines elsewhere. She also advised one of the largest payments applications during a period of rapid growth and counseled Microsoft on AI technical documentation. Representing the California Chamber of Commerce, she negotiated key provisions of the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) and California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA).She has trained more than 50,000 executives and members of the California bench, and founded the Digital Trust Summit, known as "Digital Davos."
