Straus is CEO of KUNGFU.AI, a leading boutique management consulting and engineering firm that he cofounded in 2017. Based in Austin, Texas, KUNGFU.AI is focused exclusively on artificial intelligence. Straus is a serial entrepreneur and former venture capitalist, and he serves on the engineering advisory board of the Cockrell School of Engineering at the University of Texas at Austin and is founding chair of Impact Dyslexia and The African American Leadership Institute. Previous nonprofit board roles include the Austin Film Society and the Sustainable Food Center. Between his entrepreneurial endeavors and nine years in the venture industry, he has sat on 13 private boards.
