Joss is currently a professor at Stanford Graduate School of Business and is the school’s dean emeritus. He is also a director at CM Capital and a board trustee at the National Center on Education and the Economy.

Joss retired as a CEO with Westpac Banking Corp. and was formerly a vice chair at Wells Fargo & Co.

He also served as a director at many companies in the past, including Wells Fargo, Citigroup, Westpac Banking Corp., Shanghai Commercial Bank Ltd., Bechtel Group, Agilent Technologies, Sallie Mae, Makena Capital Management, Epiphany, and BEA Systems.
