Ellen Zane currently serves on 3 public company boards including Boston Scientific Corp (Chair - Compensation Committee, Member - Nom Gov Committee); Synchrony Financial (Member - Audit Committee & Compensation Committee); and Haemonetics Corporation where she is Chair of the Board and Chair of the Governance & Compliance Committee. She also serves on the boards of AgNovos Healthcare, Savista and Perspectum all private equity backed companies. Formerly, Ellen served on the public boards of: Parexel International, Lincare Holdings and Press Ganey. She is the retired CEO, Tufts Medical Center and Tufts Children’s Hospital, in Boston. Prior to that she was the  Network President for MassGeneral Brigham Healthcare in Boston.
