NACD Corporate Directors Institute^® Board of Directors

The NACD Corporate Directors Institute^® is an independent sister organization to NACD and owns the NACD Directorship Certification^® program, including the examination and ongoing recertification requirements. The Institute confers the certification credential on those who meet the Institute’s requirements, developed in consultation with experienced board members, including those on the Institute’s board of directors.
