NACD Utah Elects Three New Board Members
Salt Lake City (Feb. 5, 2026)—The Utah Chapter of the National Association of Corporate Directors (NACD), the leading member organization for corporate directors, today announced that Dave Hanaman, Becky B. Potts and JaeLynn Williams joined its board of directors as of Jan. 1, 2026.
“We are excited to welcome these three exceptional leaders to our board. Our new board members bring a wealth of experience in entrepreneurship, corporate governance, and transformational leadership that will elevate the capabilities that NACD Utah offers our member companies and corporate directors,” said NACD Utah Chair Peggy Larsen. “Their high-level expertise in strategic business development, mergers and acquisitions (M&A), compliance and operational excellence will positively influence our programs and services.”
Dave Hanaman
Dave Hanaman is a proven entrepreneur, operator and board director with successful, strategic exits to public companies. He has C-level executive experience developing and scaling integrated strategies for sustained growth in global markets. His global experience includes building business teams in North America, Europe and Asia as well as operational experience as a deployed naval officer. Hanaman is recognized for creative problem-solving with boards, senior executives and high-performing teams.
Becky Potts
Becky Potts is a strategic C-level executive officer, president and board member with over 30 years of corporate and fiduciary governance experience. Her exceptional background and astute profit-and-loss (P&L) oversight have driven market-share growth year-over-year in complex, multi-billion-dollar corporations and Fortune 500s including Xerox, AT&T, Frontier Communications and the Federal Reserve Bank of San Francisco. She advises companies and boards drawing from her expertise in operations, marketing, digital transformation and leadership, with unique experience in highly regulated environments and large-scale M&As.
JaeLynn Williams
JaeLynn Williams is a transformational CEO, board director and strategic adviser with over $1 billion in P&L experience across health care, aviation and technology. She has a proven track record of driving growth, restructuring complex capital situations, launching innovation and creating long-term shareholder value. Williams is skilled at balancing strategic vision with operational discipline, aligning culture with results and delivering measurable impact in private-equity-backed and public settings.
