Jeffrey J. Conn’s primary areas of practice are commercial and real estate finance, mergers and acquisitions, and general corporate and real estate law. He regularly represents lenders; borrowers; private equity groups; small, middle-market, and large corporations; and real estate developers in a variety of transactional matters and those involving general corporate advice.

In 2009, Conn was honored with the Maurice Cleveland Waltersdorf Award for Innovative Leadership from his alma mater, Washington & Jefferson College.

He has been selected as one of The Best Lawyers in America, the 2020 Lawyer of the Year in Pittsburgh in Banking and Finance Law by Best Lawyers, a Pennsylvania Super Lawyer, and one of the region’s 50 Fast Trackers by the Pittsburgh Business Times.
