Clint Culpepper is a corporate partner at Baker Botts LLP, where he is the department chair - Corporate (Austin). He represents banks, private and public companies, and other investors in connection with secured and unsecured financings and debt offerings.

He holds a B.B.A. in accounting from Texas A&M University, an M.S. in Finance from Texas A&M University and a J.D. from the University of Texas School of Law. He is a certified public accountant in the state of Texas and is a member of the American College of Investment Counsel.
