Suzanna de Baca is a CEO, board director, and executive advisor with more than 30 years of experience across financial services, media, healthcare, and family enterprises. A former CEO and longtime Wall Street executive, she has led organizations through growth, transformation, crisis, and succession.De Baca has served on more than 20 corporate and nonprofit boards, bringing deep expertise in governance, strategy, and communications, with particular strength in family and closely held businesses. She is CEO of Story Board Advisors and serves on the boards of the NACD Heartland Chapter, Bill Jacobs Companies, Lauridsen Group, Inc., Community State Bank, and several foundations.

De Baca's business writing has been featured in The New York Times, The Wall Street Journal, and Directorship Magazine, among others. She teaches at Iowa State University’s Ivy College of Business, is an NACD Certified Director and ICF Certified Coach, and holds an MBA from Harvard Business School.
