Raime Leeby is senior vice president and chief strategy officer for Arrow Electronics, Inc. Leeby is responsible for leading the company’s strategic planning process, corporate development, and all mergers and acquisitions activities across Arrow.

Leeby rejoined Arrow in 2024 from DHI Group (DHX), where she served as chief financial officer. Before joining DHI Group, she served as the chief strategy officer and interim chief financial officer at US Med-Equip (USME), where she led corporate strategy, mergers and acquisitions, and the services line of business. Prior to USME, she served at AlloSource as the chief financial officer and at Galvanize as the chief operating officer and chief financial officer. For nearly a decade, from 2007 to 2016, Leeby worked at Arrow serving in leadership roles of increasing responsibility. Prior to Arrow, Leeby held financial positions at Level 3 Communications and PricewaterhouseCoopers.

Leeby holds a bachelor’s degree in international economics from Georgetown University.
