Kristy Ellmer is managing director in BCG’s Transform practice. Rice has more than 20 years of transformation experience and has led numerous large-scale, complex transformations across multiple industries and geographies. Ellmer also is the global leader of BCG’s Behavioral Science Lab. She specializes in coaching C-suite executives through the most intense periods of rapid, at-scale change. Previously, Ellmer was a founding member and leader of McKinsey’s Transformation practice. She also held procurement executive roles in the airline and pharmaceutical industries.
