Jonathan Foster is the founder and managing partner of Current Capital Partners LLC, a mergers and acquisition advisory, corporate management services, and private equity co-investment firm. Previously, he was a managing director at Lazard. He has been on the boards of more than 50 companies. In addition, as an expert witness in major corporate litigation, Foster has filed expert reports in some 60 cases, as well as been deposed and testified in court and arbitration about M&A, valuation, governance, and distressed company issues.
