Jane Sadowsky is senior advisor with Moelis & Co. She retired in 2011 from Evercore Partners, where she was a senior managing director. She joined Evercore in 2006 after six years at Citigroup's Investment Bank, where she was a managing director and cohead of the North America power and utility group. Earlier, Sadowsky worked as an investment banker at Donaldson, Lufkin & Jenrette. Sadowsky holds the NACD.DC^®.  She is a director of Allied Gold, Nexa Resources, and Scientific Games and a trustee of Art Omi. She is a faculty member for NACD, has been published in NACD Directorship^® magazine, and has interviewed notable persons at the NACD Directors Summit™. She served as a commissioner for NACD’s 2023 Blue Ribbon Commission report on board culture and is currently a commissioner for NACD’s 2025 Blue Ribbon Commission report. She shares her governance thought leadership through numerous speaking engagements.
