Guy Langford is a US M&A partner and US Leader of Private Equity (PE) Portfolio Services. He oversees M&A transactions on the buy side and sell side with deal teams and leads/supports teams focused on value creation impact for PE backed portfolio companies working with operating partners, and portfolio company management teams. He focuses his M&A efforts in the Consumer and Transportation, Hospitality & Services (TH&S) industry – where he previously was national leader of the US TH&S practice. He is a partner in the Deloitte Risk & Financial Advisory practice within Deloitte & Touche LLP. In his roles, he regularly exchanges ideas and discusses emerging issues and trends with Private Equity clients and client teams serving Real Estate and TH&S businesses and platforms. He leads and supports a number of client relationships in Private Equity and the TH&S sector as either lead M&A, lead relationship or advisory partner.
