Ginger Graham has a broad and diverse background helping companies navigate big change under heavy regulatory conditions. She is the former president and CEO of Amylin Pharmaceuticals. With more than 25 years of experience navigating the changing responsibilities of board members, Graham has served on over 30 boards of public, private, academic, or nonprofit organizations. She currently serves as the lead independent director and nominating and governance committee chair of Walgreens Boots Alliance. She is on the Board of Directors of Colorado Longitudinal Study (COLS) and also serves on the board of Village MD.
