Diane Gherson, a senior advisor and certified leadership coach at BCG, works with clients on leadership, organizational, and work design. She serves on the boards of Kraft Heinz, TechWolf, and Centivo. Gherson also serves as an executive advisor to the AI coaching firm Valence. She has created consumer-grade AI-enabled experiences for employees, predictive advice for business leaders, and improved productivity for the business. Gherson holds a US patent for her work in predictive analytics. Previously, She was a senior lecturer at Harvard Business School, CHRO at IBM, and principal and global practice leader at Willis Towers Watson.
