Barbara Duganier is an experienced director with more than four decades of executive and governance experience across the energy, engineering, and IT services sectors. She currently serves on the boards of CenterPoint Energy (NYSE: CNP), Texas Pacific Land Corporation (NYSE: TPL), Arcadis NV (EURONEXT: ARCAD), McDermott International, and Pattern Energy, where she has chaired audit and compensation committees and served as a lead independent director.

During her corporate career, Duganier held senior leadership roles at Accenture, including chief strategy officer, and spent 23 years at Arthur Andersen, ultimately serving as global CFO.

A licensed CPA, Duganier holds a BBA in accounting from John Carroll University, NACD Directorship Certification, and cybersecurity and AI oversight credentials from Carnegie Mellon. She is a 2020 NACD Directorship 100 honoree, a faculty member for NACD Board Advisory Services, and a frequent speaker on corporate governance and energy topics.
