Andrew (‘Andy’) Gilicinski, NACD.DC, is a seasoned C-suite executive with 32 years of experience in chemicals and consumer packaged goods leadership at Air Products, Gillette, and Clorox, and officer roles at Georgia-Pacific and SC Johnson. He started his career as a chemist before rapidly shifting to product development, M&A, and business leadership. In 2019 Gilicinski launched a consulting firm offering innovation and M&A Advisory, and in 2024 he joined LHH’s ICEO practice for transitioning executives as a senior advisor. 

Gilicinski currently serves as an independent director for two family-owned middle market firms: Master Fluid Solutions and Wyo-Ben, Inc. He sits on the compensation committee for both, and chairs the strategy, innovation, and technology committee on Master Fluid Solutions' Board. Previously, he served on Iowa State University’s Industrial Advisory Board and three fiduciary corporate boards. His service for Wyo-Ben was recognized in a “Private Company Board of the Year” award in 2026.
