Paul Street currently serves on the board of directors of Idaho Pacific Lumber Company Inc. Street previously served on a number of boards including the board of trustees of The College of Idaho, the Boise Area Chamber of Commerce’s Arid Club Inc., and the business and corporate law section of the Idaho State Bar.

Street has practiced law for over 50 years and is currently of counsel with Hawley Troxell. He began his legal career in private practice with the law firm of Moffatt Thomas. During that part of that time, he served on the American Bar Association committee on corporate laws, which promulgates the Model Business Corporation Act. In 1999, he became general counsel and corporate secretary of Building Materials Holding Corp., a publicly held lumber and building materials distribution company. In 2015, it merged and became BMC Stock Holding Inc. (Nasdaq: BMCH), and Street became general counsel and corporate secretary of the merged company until he retired in 2017. In these roles, he oversaw the legal aspects of the corporation’s merger-and-acquisition activity and had responsibility for US Securities and Exchange Commission filings and compliance, along with corporate governance.
