Eileen O’Neill Odum currently serves as a director of Mutual of Enumclaw where she chairs the audit committee and serves on the compensation committee. She is also on the board of advisors of the HD Fowler Co. Previously, she was a director, chair, and audit committee chair of the Bostwick-Braun Co. and a director and audit committee chair of Henkels & McCoy Group Inc. Odum was previously CEO of Northern Indiana Public Service Co., a subsidiary of NiSource Inc.; chief operating officer for Commonwealth Telecom Enterprises Inc., and president of national operations for Verizon Communications.

In addition to her corporate experience, Odum has served on private sector, public sector, and nonprofit boards across the country including the Indiana Commission for Higher Education, Washington State Board for Community and Technical Colleges, Washington State Academic Achievement & Accountability Commission, Washington Roundtable, Edison Electrical Institute, Indiana Energy Association, Association of Washington Business, National Urban League, American Red Cross of Greater New York, Houston Grand Opera, The Nature Conservancy chapter boards in Indiana and Washington, and Northeastern Pennsylvania Educational Television Association, among many others.

She currently chairs the University of Washington Foster School of Business dean’s advisory board and the NACD Northwest Chapter as well as serving on the board for the Oregon program for The Nature Conservancy. Odum is a member of Women Corporate Directors, the Grand Canyon Trust, and the International Women’s Forum.
