Charles Wilhoite currently serves as a member of the board of directors at Northwest Natural Holdings (NYSE: NWN) and Northwest Natural, Jensen Quality Growth Fund (Nasdaq: JENSX), Legacy Health, 4G Clinical, and Lease Crutcher Lewis. He is also a trustee for Meyer Memorial Trust and previously served as a board member for the Portland Branch of the Federal Reserve Bank of San Francisco. At Northwest Natural Holdings / Northwest Natural, Wilhoite chairs the governance committee and is a member of the audit and compensation committees.

Wilhoite is a managing director with Willamette Management Associates, a Citizens company. Willamette is a financial advisory, economic and forensic analysis, and business valuation services firm, and Wilhoite has been with the firm for the past 34 years. In addition to his work on all types of business valuation, financial, economic, and forensic analysis engagements, Wilhoite is the leader of the firm’s tax-exempt entity and health-care services practice.

Before joining Willamette Management Associates, Wilhoite was an auditor with KPMG, an international accounting, tax, and consulting firm. At KPMG, Wilhoite specialized in audits in the following industries: automotive, banking and financial institutions, government, health care, manufacturing and construction, forest products, retail, and real estate.
