Paul Laurenzano is a partner in KPMG’s Financial Services Practice, where he specializes in providing audit services to clients in the Banking and Digital Assets Industries.  He has over 35 years of client-service experience providing audit services to regional and community banks as well as companies in the digital asset ecosystem.  Paul has extensive experience interacting with senior management and Boards of Directors on accounting, business and regulatory matters impacting financial services companies.

Paul spent two years as a partner in KPMG’s Department of Professional Practice (DPP) and as a practice fellow at the Financial Accounting Standards Board (FASB). In addition, Paul has served a three-year term on the KPMG’s nominating committee of the Board of Directors and currently serves as the Securities and  Exchange Commission Reviewing Partner for a number of significant accounts of KPMG.  Paul has a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting, summa cum laude, from New York University.
