Daniel H. Burch is the chairman, CEO, and cofounder of MacKenzie Partners Inc., responsible for developing and implementing strategies and campaigns for clients involved in proxy contests, tender offers, mergers, financial restructuring and other complex corporate transactions. His particular focus is also on shareholder activism and corporate governance. Burch has led MacKenzie’s efforts on behalf of its clients in campaigns in North America and Europe for the past 25 years. He previously served as director of Corporate Development for a major NYSE-listed real estate company.

Burch is a member of the Society of Corporate Secretaries and Governance Professionals and the National Investor Relations Institute. He has a BS in Accounting from Lehigh University.
