Deborah Rosenthal is an accomplished executive with a diverse background in leadership, communications, and development across non-profit and for-profit sectors. Currently serving as the Executive Director of the National Association of Corporate
Directors New England Chapter, Deborah is dedicated to advancing governance excellence and fostering organizational growth.

Before her role at NACD, Deborah served as the Executive Director of the International Women's Forum of Massachusetts, leading initiatives to empower and connect women leaders.

Deborah began her career in development work at prominent non-profits, including the Children’s Museum of Boston and United Jewish Appeal New York, where she honed her skills in fundraising and stakeholder engagement. She then spent over 17 years in venture capital, specializing in investor relations and communications, which provided her with a solid foundation in marketing and corporate communications. Her experience also includes multiple consulting roles, offering strategic guidance to various organizations.

With a career marked by versatility and impact, Deborah is passionate about driving organizational success through effective leadership, collaboration, and strategic insight.
