Allison Egbert is a partner in RSM’s assurance practice, focusing on delivering service to public and private clients in a wide array of industries, including manufacturing and distribution, biotech, clean tech, and others. She leads the US Securities and Exchange Commission practice in Boston and for the northeast region of RSM. Her client services include audits, reviews, mergers and acquisitions, consultations and analysis, due diligence services, public debt and stock offerings, and due diligence / comfort letters to underwriters, as well as providing assistance to companies with international operations.

Prior to joining RSM, Egbert was a partner in Caturano and Co.’s assurance practice. She joined Caturano and Co. from Arthur Andersen, where she was a member of the commercial audit practice.

Egbert is a certified public accountant (CPA) in Massachusetts and a member of the Massachusetts Society of CPAs and the American Institute of CPAs. She received her bachelor of arts in economics and accounting from the College of the Holy Cross.
