About The Event
Board directors explored how their responsibilities for driving shareholder value and overseeing risk are evolving in the age of AI. The session examined AI's growing impact across industries and the opportunities and risks it presents for organizations. Attendees learned how boards can establish effective governance frameworks, implement appropriate guardrails, and encourage innovation while supporting AI adoption. The discussion also provided practical approaches for defining an organization's AI strategy and tailoring governance models that directors can apply as AI continues to evolve.
This event was held virtually on Oct. 2, 2026.
