Live, Online | September 23 & 30 | 1:00 PM-3:00 PM EDT
Built directly from the fifth edition of the NACD-ISA Director's Handbook on Cyber-Risk Oversight, this live online program focuses on the Handbook's first two oversight principles: treating cybersecurity as a strategic business risk and strengthening board oversight of legal, regulatory, and disclosure responsibilities. Led by the cybersecurity leaders and governance experts who authored and helped shape the Handbook, participants will apply practical boardroom tools through interactive exercises and simulations covering AI, emerging technologies, ransomware preparedness, cyber incident response, and board-level decision making.
This program is part of an expert-led, three-part learning series designed to help directors apply the Handbook's six oversight principles in practice. Each program explores two principles through real-world scenarios, peer discussion, and practical boardroom tools. Attend one, two, or all three programs to build a stronger, more comprehensive approach to cyber-risk oversight.
This program is available to NACD members and nonmembers.
