Ed has over 30 years of experience providing tax, business, and accounting services to closely held, publicly traded clients, as well as high-net-worth individuals. He identifies opportunities and delivers solutions to help minimize and defer the tax liability of clients. These solutions include opportunities for business owners and employees.

Ed has extensive experience in the areas of tax planning, business consulting, merger and acquisition planning, due diligence, estate planning, resolution of accounting method issues, and assistance with IRS and state tax examinations.

Ed serves as office Managing Partner of the firm’s Missouri / Kansas Markets and is a Tax Partner. Ed has also served on the firm’s board of directors and was the chairman of the board. He also chaired the firm’s finance committee and mergers and acquisitions committee. Ed is the National Alumni leader for RSM. Ed rejoined the firm in August 2005 from Deloitte.
