For three decades, NACD has presented thought leadership built on the perspectives and experience of its membership and appointed a group of directors and experts to significantly rethink or elevate challenges that boards are facing. This year, NACD and its 24-member Blue Ribbon Commission closely examined the challenges boards face in oversight of technology within their firms. The result is a report of 10 key recommended actions and a suite of practical tools boards can use to realize those recommendations.
