Kathleen Clevenger is a seasoned operations and association management leader known for keeping complex organizations running smoothly. She joined NACD Colorado in 2016 and currently serves as the Director of Operations, a role that builds naturally on her extensive leadership background, including nearly 20 years as Association Manager for Rocky Mountain People & Strategy. In that role, she played a key part in advancing progressive HR practices and supporting executive-level board members through professional development and high-impact networking initiatives.

Throughout her career, Kathleen has earned a reputation as the steady force behind the scenes—the “glue that holds us together.” Trusted for her ability to balance strategic priorities with meticulous execution, she is equally adept at guiding organizational initiatives and managing the full scope of complex events.
