His 25 years of clinical experience as a board-certified emergency medicine physician guides his participation in nonprofit governance, as he has served on the boards of a health plan, hospitals, and various health-care associations. Scott has worked with global disaster relief organizations that warehouse and distribute pharmaceuticals and medical supplies to all 50 states and more than 100 countries worldwide.
