Lynn Vojvodich Radakovich is a global technology executive who has built, grown, and transformed businesses for more than 25 years. Lynn is an advisor to start-up and growth-stage technology companies and a member of the boards of directors of Ford Motor Co., Dell Technologies, Booking Holdings, and Figma. Previously, Lynn was executive vice president and chief marketing officer of Salesforce. During her tenure, Salesforce joined the Fortune 500 and reached a $9 billion annual revenue run rate faster than any other enterprise software company.

Before joining Salesforce, Lynn was a partner at Andreessen Horowitz, where she worked with portfolio companies on their go-to-market strategies and with Global 1000 executives on their innovation agendas. Lynn began her career in a hard hat, working on the design and construction of Gulfstream jets and offshore oil structures. She holds a bachelor of science in product design and mechanical engineering from Stanford University and a master of business administration from Harvard Business School.
