Louis (Lou) Miramontes is an experienced board member and business executive. He is a member of the boards of directors of Lithia Motors Inc. (NYSE: LAD), Oportun Financial Corp. (Nasdaq: OPRT), and a private company. He previously served on the board of directors of Rite Aid Corp. Among his board roles, he has served as chair of the audit committee and as chair of the compensation committee. Lou is a qualified financial executive and audit committee financial expert. He provides oversight of financial reporting, internal controls, risk assessments, and cybersecurity. Lou had a 38-year career at KPMG, where he served in many leadership roles in the United States and Latin America. He was also an audit partner and directly served public and private clients in the retail, real estate, and financial services sectors.
