Kathleen Wilson-Thompson is the founder and principal of KWT LLC, a human capital advisory firm. Kathleen served as executive vice president and global chief human resources officer of Walgreens Boots Alliance Inc., a global pharmacy and wellbeing company. She previously served as senior vice president and chief human resources officer at Walgreens. Prior to joining Walgreens, Kathleen held various legal and operational roles at Kellogg Co. Kathleen serves on the board of directors of Tesla, McKesson, and Wolverine Worldwide. She previously served on the board of directors of Ashland Global Holdings Inc. and Vulcan Materials Co. Kathleen earned a bachelor’s degree from the University of Michigan and a juris doctor from Wayne State University Law School, in addition to a master of laws degree in corporate and finance law. She was admitted to the Bar of the Supreme Court of the United States of America and is a fellow in the College of Labor and Employment Lawyers. Kathleen is active in many nonprofit organizations.
