Fabrice C. Houdart is a human rights and corporate social responsibility specialist with 20 years of experience at the World Bank and the United Nations. He is the founder and executive director of the Association of LGBTQ+ Corporate Directors and an advisor to global Fortune 500 companies (among them, L’Oréal) through his consulting firm. He also teaches a class on sexual orientation and gender identity in development at Georgetown University. In 2024 he co-founded Koppa, a 501(c)3 focusing on lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, and queer (LGBTQ+) economic empowerment in the global south.

In the Office of the Commissioner for Human Rights at the UN, he coauthored the UN corporate standards of conduct for business, which is the largest lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, and intersex (LGBTI) corporate social responsibility initiative supported by more than 500 of the largest companies in the World.

Fabrice volunteers on the boards of several nonprofit organizations: Outright International, Housing Works, the Institute of Current World Affairs (chair), the International Day Against Homophobia, Biphobia and Transphobia (IDAHOBIT) Committee (treasurer), the CUNY TV Foundation (treasurer), and the Canadian Association of LGBTQ+ Corporate Directors. He is an advisor to the board of Open for Business, a global nonprofit focused on making the business and economic case for LGBTQ+ inclusion and serves on the Sage International Donor Advisory Council.
